Hunting Safari Daily Rates include:

Return transfers from OR Tambo International Airport (Johannesburg)
Accommodation, all meals, local beverages and laundry.
Services of a licensed Professional Hunter.
Use of a hunting vehicle.
Trackers, skinners and camp staff.
Field preparation of your trophies and transfers to a reputable taxidermist.
Hunting licenses and permits excluding CITES and Dangerous Game.

Hunting Safari Daily Rates exclude:

Air travel, accommodation and travel charges incurred before and after the contracted period of the safari.
Trophy fees of animals bagged or wounded and lost.
Hire of rifles and ammunition.
Air charters.
Disinfection, packaging, forwarding and insurance of trophies to port of exit from South Africa and the shipment of trophies from port of exit to yourself.
Taxidermist charges.
Additional tours and activities.
Gratuities.
Personal insurance, medical insurance and travel insurance.

Terms and Conditions:

Deposit of 50% of the Daily rate required to confirm reservation.
No refunds in the event of a cancellation, balance payable on arrival.
Trophy fees applicable only to animals taken or wounded and lost.
Payment by electronic transfer, travelers' cheques or cash only.
All other costs incurred during the safari, together with trophy fees are payable on completion of the hunt.
Rates are subject to change without written notice, but not after your arrival.
Certain species require CITES permits.

These packages include your daily Safari rates and trophy fees for the species listed for that package. All other trophies taken will be charged as per our trophy price list. Packages are offered on a one hunter to one Professional hunter basis. Certain species in the packages may be swapped for other species at the discretion of the Hunting Outfitter.
