Weather and Climate
Being in the southern hemisphere, our winter months are June through August. Temperatures range from 25°C (41°F) during the day, dropping to an average of 5°C (41°F) at night. In summer the days are hot with warm evenings, the temperatures range between 20°C (68°F) and 45°C (113°F). The Limpopo Province experiences summer rainfall, so early and late season hunters can expect some rain.

Importation of Firearms
Sporting firearms may be readily imported into South Africa. We will assist you with all the documentation for the importation of firearms into South Africa. No permits are required for bows.

Malaria
We are in a malaria free area, so malaria medication is not necessary.
Taxidermy
Initial preservation of your trophy is done by Izintaba Safaris prior to the delivery to a reputable taxidermist. The taxidermist will prepare your trophy to your specifications and arrange for shipping.
Insurance
Personal, medical and travel insurance must be arranged by you.
